The move was smooth with eApps

Hi there,

I'd just like to thank you for being so helpful during the transition from my old host to you. My old host is a UK-based establishment and I was so disgruntled by their service (or lack thereof) that I decided to bite the bullet and risk transferring to a new host. Obviously this poses problems for a web site that is already established. However, you guys ensured that the transfer went as smoothly as possible; the difference in attitudes to client service between you and my old host is vast and I was overwhelmed with your ability and willingness to help me resolve problems.

Thankfully my site is fairly stable now so the tickets that I raise will dwindle. I'll be launching a new site soon and I've no doubt who will be hosting it!

Great Service! Great Support!

I am a software consultant, working primarily in PHP and Java/J2EE.

I have been using eApps for about 2 years now, and I'm very happy with it. It's more than that. Before discovering eApps, I was facing serious problems running my company. Unannounced downtime, poor hosting support, poor apps support, expensive root access, and most of all, a lot of application downtime. I was about to despair.

It seemed like all the hosting companies were the same, with the same problems over and over. eApps beats all the others with essentially 2 services; cheap virtual servers, so my little apps can be hosted in their own sandbox, and real customer support. I don't know how to emphasize this enough. When other hosting providers told me they had great support, I found consistently that this was a message, but not reality.

eApps is simply too good to be true and I had to double and triple check everything to make sure there wasn't a catch. And I am happy to say I couldn't find any. It is refreshing to find a service that provides value and makes every effort to accommodate customers. We need more companies that follow eApps business model.

I am amazed with the ease of use of the control panel

The level of customer support at eApps is fantastic. I consider my monthly fee for a VPS to be very competitive and I am amazed with the ease of use of the control panel to set up and administer web applications. However, being a programmer, I always run into problems on the configuration side of a things that have normally been taken care of for me by systems engineers. Every problem I've had has been quickly and professionally dealt with by your support team regardless of the time of day or week.

The fastest response I've ever experienced

Services steadily evolve and improve over the years

In general, eApps is one of the best hosting companies I have found. I have referred eApps to numerous friends and colleagues, not to mention those that find there way to eApps via my website.
